Who operates Saudi Law?
RAED ALI ALJOHANI COMPANY FOR Lawyership and Legal Consultations runs Saudi Law. It is a law firm licensed in Saudi Arabia, and this is its website for foreign companies, investors and individuals. The website is not a separate company, a branch or an agency.
Saudi Law is a law firm’s website. It is not a government service, a directory or a lawyer-matching platform.
The firm is based in Saudi Arabia. Raed AlJuhani, a licensed Saudi lawyer, is the firm’s Founding Managing Partner. Your matter is handled by a licensed Saudi lawyer. You can read more about the firm and about Raed AlJuhani.
Our emails come from office@raedlawyer.com. The address ends in raedlawyer.com because that is the name of the firm’s Arabic-language website. So an email from that address comes from the same firm that runs this website. You always deal with the licensed firm itself.
How can you check the firm’s licence on official Saudi records?
Look the firm up in the public records of the Saudi Bar Association, then compare the result with the details at the foot of every page on this site. Those details are 3 numbers. The licence number, 4471, was issued by the Ministry of Justice. The Unified number and the commercial registration (CR) number are both 7054038307. The registration number with the Saudi Bar Association is SBA00015608. If any of them does not match, contact us on the official channels below before you act.
The Saudi Bar Association offers two public checks. According to the Saudi Bar Association, its Lawyers Index lists lawyers and legal establishments. A legal establishment is the licensed entity through which lawyers practise, such as a law firm. Its Legal Firm Validation page checks whether a law firm is licensed.
- Open the Saudi Bar Association’s Lawyers Index. It is public, and you do not need to log in.
- Search by name or ID number. The page has an English version, but the results are in Arabic.
- Compare the record with the details at the foot of this page. Look at the name, the licence number and the licence status.
- Use the Legal Firm Validation page to check a law firm. It asks for the firm’s legal-entity number (the number that identifies the firm as a legal entity) or the owner’s ID number.
- Ask us if anything does not match. Use only the number or email on this page.
Licence number 4471 belongs to the firm, not to Raed AlJuhani personally. His page explains how to verify Raed AlJuhani’s licence.
How can you check any Saudi lawyer’s licence?
Ask the lawyer for their name, licence number and licence date. Then look them up in the Saudi Bar Association’s Lawyers Index. Our guide on how to check a Saudi lawyer’s licence from anywhere explains each route, step by step.
Lawyers in Saudi Arabia are licensed, and the Saudi Bar Association is their professional body. Saudi professional rules expect lawyers to show their name, licence number and licence date on the documents they issue. So asking for these details is normal, and a licensed lawyer can give them to you.
According to the Ministry of Justice, its online platform Najiz also has a directory of practising lawyers. The Najiz directory may ask you to sign in with Nafath, the national digital login. Nafath needs an ID issued in Saudi Arabia, so the Lawyers Index is usually easier from abroad.

What are the only official channels for contacting the firm?
The firm uses one phone number, one email address and the web pages listed below. WhatsApp and phone calls use the same number. Anything else that uses the firm’s name is not one of our channels.
- WhatsApp and phone: +966 54 797 7285
- Email: office@raedlawyer.com
- The firm’s Arabic-language website: raedlawyer.com
- The firm’s page on LinkedIn
The same list is on our contact page, with a button for each channel.
What will the firm never ask you for?
Two things: documents before we agree to act for you, and payment on this website.
- Documents, ID copies or case files before we agree to take on your work.
- Payment on this website. Fees are agreed in writing and paid directly to the firm. Nothing is ever paid on this website.
Work starts only after an engagement letter (our written contract with you) is signed. Our page on how we work with clients outside Saudi Arabia explains how fees are agreed.
Fee proposals and payment details reach you through the firm’s official WhatsApp number or email address listed above.
What should you do if someone pretends to be the firm?
Do not reply, pay or send documents. First check with us on the number or email on this page. These are the firm’s only contact channels.
Take extra care if a message uses the firm’s name or Raed AlJuhani’s name but comes from another number, email address or account. The same applies to a website that looks like ours. Signs to watch for:
- a phone number, email address or website that is not in the list above;
- a request for documents or ID copies before any agreement;
- pressure to pay or decide the same day.
Send us the number, address or link the message came from, and ask us whether it is ours. crumb: Company details
Frequently asked questions
How are Saudi Law and raedlawyer.com related?
Both websites are operated by RAED ALI ALJOHANI COMPANY FOR Lawyership and Legal Consultations, the same licensed company. Saudi Law serves foreign companies, investors and individuals; raedlawyer.com is the company’s Arabic-language website.
Where does an enquiry through Saudi Law go?
Your enquiry goes directly to the company through its published phone, WhatsApp or email. The licensed company issues the fee proposal and engagement letter, and you agree the scope of work with the firm.
Is a legal consultancy or agent the same as a licensed law firm?
Not always. Not every business that offers legal help is a licensed law firm. Before you hire anyone, ask for their licence number and look it up in the Saudi Bar Association’s Lawyers Index. Licensed lawyers and law firms are listed there.
How can I check a Saudi lawyer’s licence without a Saudi login?
Use the Saudi Bar Association’s Lawyers Index. It opens without a login, and you can search it by name or ID number. The Ministry of Justice’s directory on Najiz may ask you to sign in first. Our guide on checking a Saudi lawyer’s licence from anywhere explains each route.
