General information about Saudi law — not advice on your situation.

Who is responsible?

RAED ALI ALJOHANI COMPANY FOR Lawyership and Legal Consultations, licensed in Saudi Arabia, operates Saudi Law and is responsible for its use of your personal data. See our legal notice and terms of use.

Information and its purpose

Our hosting service processes connection and browser information to deliver pages and maintain website security. When you contact us, we receive your contact details and the information you provide to answer your enquiry and assess the requested legal work. Contact is optional; without enough information, we may be unable to respond.

Your messages

Contact buttons open WhatsApp, your phone or email service, not a website form. Information is used to respond to your request, provide agreed services and meet legal obligations. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it. See contact guidance, confidentiality and how we work.

Cookies and your choices

Google Analytics measures page visits and use of contact and navigation buttons. Analytics cookies depend on your location and choice; where consent is required, they remain off until you accept. Separately, you may allow advertising cookies and use of data with advertising identifiers to measure whether the firm’s advertising leads to visits and contact-button use. This requires your separate consent. If you decline optional tracking, Google may still receive limited counts without cookies. You can reject or change either choice through Privacy choices in the footer without losing access to pages or contact links. We do not send your messages or contact details to these measurement services or use them for personalised advertising.

Who may receive information?

The firm, Google and providers needed to host the website and deliver messages process the relevant information. Google receives measurement information according to the choices explained above. WhatsApp, telephone and email services also apply their own privacy terms. These services may process information outside Saudi Arabia or your country of residence.

Your rights and privacy enquiries

You may request information about your data, access or a copy, correction or deletion, and withdraw consent where applicable. Correspondence may need to be retained for your enquiry, agreed work or legal obligations; deletion rights are subject to those obligations. Email office@raedlawyer.com to exercise your rights or raise a concern. You may also complain to SDAIA or another competent authority. Changes are shown by this page’s update date.

Official sources

This page draws on 1 official sources. Each line shows who publishes it, its language and, where recorded, the date we last checked it.
